  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders require 1-2 business days processing before dispatch.

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our facility at 4356 University Hill Road, Fillmore, US 62032, you become responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Any customs fees or import taxes
  • Reporting damaged/missing items within 48 hours of delivery

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached

Non-returnable items: Yoga Intimates and Yoga Leotards & Jumpsuits (unless defective).

5.2 Return Process

  2. We’ll provide Return Authorization within 24-48 hours
  3. Ship items to our return address with the authorization number

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

5.3 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returns, issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for replacement items.
