We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please allow the following processing and delivery times:

Our Mindful Returns Process

We want you to love your Pranty Yoga apparel as much as we love creating it. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s our simple process:

Return Policy Details

• Return Window: 15 days from receiving your order
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Yoga Intimates and Yoga Leotards & Jumpsuits unless defective
• Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and items for return/exchange
2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping details within 24-48 hours
3. Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with tags and include your Return Authorization Number
4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying:

• The item(s) you’re exchanging
• Your preferred size/color alternative
• For price differences, we’ll process the balance after receiving your return

Note: We cover standard shipping for replacement items in exchanges.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Defective Items
