At Pranty Yoga Shop, we craft our premium yoga apparel with care and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve designed this process to be as effortless as your yoga flow.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Intimates & Leotards: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Yoga Intimates and Yoga Leotards & Jumpsuits unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Simple Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange (see template below).
  2. Receive Instructions: Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include your Return Authorization Number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying:

  • The item(s) you’re exchanging
  • Your preferred size/color alternative
  • If the new item has a price difference, we’ll process the balance once we receive your return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
